Our Primary Care Clinic is now accepting new patients. At Sky Lakes, we understand the importance of having a trusted partner in your health journey. Our team of experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals are ready to provide personalized care, tailored just for you.
Occupying the second floor and third floor of the Collaborative Health Center, the Sky Lakes Primary Care Clinic offers patients easier access, on-site Lab and x-ray services, and the Drop-in Clinic for existing patients.
Clinic hours for patients with appointments are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, closed weekends and most national holidays.
The Drop-in Clinic is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday, closed weekends and most national holidays.
