Sky Lakes Rehabilitation at Medical Center Campus

Occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), and speech language pathology (SLP) are all offered at this location, allowing for patients who may require two or all of these disciplines to be in one place. This allows for streamlined communication between all therapists involved in your care.
