Parents of babies born at Sky Lakes Medical Center’s Family Birth Center may choose to have electronic images of their newborn infant posted to the Babies Online section of the Site. Sky Lakes Medical Center maintains a business partnership with New Baby News for the photo service on the Site. Information other than that authorized for release to the Site is not shared except as required by applicable laws and regulations and when legally required to do so.

 

Users who choose to access the email announcement and electronic baby book features of the Babies Online section will go to a portion of newbabynews.com maintained by a party other than Sky Lakes Medical Center or its web services provider. Neither Sky Lakes Medical Center nor its web services provider receive any personal information about you or your messages from newbabynews.com.

 

We will respond to any subpoena received from a government agency without prior notice to users. Unless prohibited by law or by a valid court order, we will notify you of any subpoena received from any other party (i.e., for civil litigation) which requires us to disclose your identity and will wait 14 days or a lesser amount of time as required by the deadline in the subpoena before providing the information requested by the subpoena.

Sky Lakes Medical Center through its web service provider may receive general information from amazon.com or proflowers.com or such other websites indicating how many users visit amazon.com, proflowers.com or other such websites through our Site.

 

Neither Sky Lakes Medical Center nor its web services provider handles any financial transaction through our applications.
