What is the Klamath Cook-Off?

 

The Klamath Cook-Off is a spirited cooking competition between four teams of two inspired cooks. All teams are provided the same mystery ingredients and have access to additional pantry items. Teams must use all mystery ingredients to create and plate delicious masterpieces in 60 minutes. Judges then try and score each dish to determine the overall winner. All competitions take place downtown at the Sky Lakes Wellness Center.
