Klamath Grown

As one, we rise.

As one, we grow.

What started as a pilot project with a few farmers and a big idea has become a growing force for local health and connection. Klamath Grown is a food hub created by the people of Klamath —for the people of Klamath.

“At the root of what we’re doing is creating community pride and sense of place.”

“We want it to be easier to get healthy local food, for our community. How can we make that easier?”

What began as an online ordering pilot has evolved into a full food hub—an organized way to connect local farmers with local buyers, from families to hospitals to schools. And thanks to the leadership of the Klamath Grown team, support from local community health organizations, and a network of volunteers and producers, the results speak for themselves.

Klamath Grown doesn’t just make healthy food more accessible. It creates relationships: between people and the land, between growers and families, and between institutions like Sky Lakes and the farmers who supply its kitchens.

And in a place where pride of place runs deep, that connection matters.

“When we’re all really connected to our place we just have more pride in where we live, and I think that just makes us happier.”

As one, we serve.

Sky Lakes began 60 years ago with a simple goal: serve the people of Klamath with care and compassion. Built by and for this community, the hospital grew not through outside investment, but through local commitment and shared purpose.

“The DNA of this community is woven into the fabric of Sky Lakes.”
