Sky Lakes Medical Center encourages current employees to continue their formal education in fields that are related to their employment at Sky Lakes. The Sky Lakes Tuition Reimbursement program covers a variety of education expenses.

Sky Lakes Tuition Reimbursement for Existing Employees

Sky Lakes Medical Center encourages current employees to continue their formal education in fields that are related to their employment at Sky Lakes. Eligible employees must be employed at least half time and been employed at least six months.

 

What We Cover:

  • Up to $5,250 for undergraduate education per fiscal year (post graduate education based on individual agreement).
  • Associates, Bachelors
  • Individual academic courses
  • Certificates and Certifications
  • Prior assessments and tests for credits towards an approved degree

How to apply for Sky Lakes tuition reimbursement program:

 

1. Fill out the Sky Lakes Tuition Reimbursement Application.

 

2. Submit your complete application to Training and Development

How to request tuition reimbursement:

 

1. Fill out and submit the Tuition Reimbursement Application to Training and Development.

 

2. Once your application is approved, please use the Tuition Reimbursement Request form below to request reimbursement. Only use this form if you have already applied and been approved for Tuition Reimbursement.

 

3. Submit your completed request form to Training and Development
