Our latest Daisy Award recipient is Candi, RN! Candi was one of our Home Health nurses and recently transferred to our Cardiology Clinic. The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary compassionate and skillful care given by nurses every day. Sky Lakes recognizes one of our extraordinary nurses with this special honor each quarter. Nurses are nominated for the DAISY Award by patients, their families and friends.
All three of Candi’s nominations agreed that Candi went above and beyond that day.
