Childbirth Class September 2023

This class is the first in a six-week series with the following dates being 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26. The class is located at the Community Health Education Center.

Registration is required. Please register by emailing Jayme Ramsey at jayme.ramsey@skylakes.org.

• Please wear comfortable clothes and bring for yourself a snack.

This class also includes a tour of the Family Birthing Center.

It is recommended that this class be started between 32 weeks and 33 weeks of pregnancy. It is important to complete the classes in a class setting. Questions will be answered that you may be afraid to ask but someone else will. You will be able to get information from others that may help during your labor process. The support and encouragement from others makes the learning process more enjoyable.
