Biography
Joe was born and raised on the east coast, where he started shaping his movement background, playing lacrosse in college and pursuing hobbies outdoors. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and Health Science at Towson University in Maryland and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Vermont in 2019. If you ask Joe what he does, he will tell you he is a snowboarder or climber, but Joe is a generalist Physical Therapist who enjoys treating a spectrum of orthopedic and neurological injuries and conditions. He is progressing his post-doctorate education more with athletes, in regards to injury prevention and rehabilitation. His personal hobbies and lifestyle revolve around outdoor activities like splitboarding, climbing, mountain biking, and backpacking. If you are working with Joe in the clinic, all you need to bring is some energy to learn and get better, and you will enjoy your time in the clinic and beyond!
