Starting Monday, July 18, all the Sky Lakes Primary Care Clinic providers will be located on the second floor of the Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Building.
Consolidating the providers’ offices to the same floor adds efficiency to the care process and reduces confusion among patients while allowing space for specialty clinics.
The Collaborative Health Center’s third floor, as of Monday, will include Sky Lakes Endocrinology and the Sky Lakes Wound Care Clinic.
Also, to relieve pressure on the Emergency Department, Sky Lakes Urgent Care will be opening temporarily on the CHC’s third floor. We will release more information regarding urgent care services at a later date.
