You can help keep children safe by staying informed, becoming involved, and helping CARES evaluate and prevent abuse.

Request a speaker for your group or a tour of CARES’ child-friendly facilities.

Volunteer to help with events, clerical work, or serve on the advisory committee.

Klamath-Lake CARES provides services to children and families at no cost, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Medical insurance and government grants only cover a portion of our funding. CARES depends on gifts from generous individuals, organizations, and companies to continue to provide medical assessments and forensic interviews when there is a concern of abuse, and to provide ongoing support to those children and families on their journey to healing from abuse and neglect.
