Biography

Mattea grew up in the small town of Burns, Oregon, where values of service and community were instilled and have continued in her role as a physical therapist. Mattea has an undergraduate degree in Biology from Western Oregon University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. After her children were born, she grew a passion for women’s health and believes that all women deserve to be active and symptom- free in whatever passions they want to pursue. She has received a Certification of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB) from the American Physical Therapy Association. She has been a resident of Klamath Falls since 2015 and loves the similarities it has to her hometown. She enjoys healthy living, which includes exercising, outside play and spending time with her husband and two children.
