Biography
Kendra was raised in Klamath Falls since she was 3 years old. When she was a young Girl Scout here, she helped the elderly through the Gold Award project, and her mentor asked her to consider a career that would allow her to help her community. With her guidance, Kendra then decided to learn about speech pathology and fell in love with the fact that she could work in medical and school settings with this career. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Chico State in CA to pursue this dream. Now, Kendra works mostly with pediatric patients, but also with the elderly to help them with their communication and swallowing skills for safety and quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their children.
