Biography
Jake was born in Oregon City and moved to Klamath Falls before he could remember. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and Biology from University of Oregon and went on to get his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Before accepting the position with Sky Lakes, Jake had previously worked within the department as a Rehab Tech, which further helped him understand the health care system. Jake is passionate about his community and helping people. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, Megan, and his kids. Being active is an important part of who Jake is, and he loves being outside.
