Eva-Lynn Lund, DNP, AGPCNP-BC

Biography

Eva-Lynn is an Oregon native, born and raised in Burns, and has built her career around caring for adults and older patients with complex health needs. She first studied biology at George Fox University, earning her Bachelor of Science, before going on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. After entering practice, Eva-Lynn spent several years working in post-acute rehabilitation, where she served in nurse supervisor roles. In those positions, she oversaw patient care, supported clinical teams, and helped guide patients through recovery and transition back to daily life. She later pursued graduate education at the University of South Alabama, earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care. She went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice, further developing her clinical expertise and leadership skills.

Eva-Lynn is especially interested in preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and improving transitions between care settings. She is committed to helping patients stay healthy, avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, and navigate complex care with confidence through thoughtful, coordinated, and patient-centered support.

Outside of work Eva-Lynn enjoys hiking, kayaking, drawing, travel, board games, and anything that keeps her active.
