Briana Cullen, PMHNP-BC

Biography

Full of compassion and having grew up in Klamath Falls, Briana is dedicated to serving the community that shaped her. She completed her undergraduate education at OHSU School of Nursing. During this time, her passion for mental health led her to volunteer with local advocacy groups and participate in community events aimed at increasing awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness. Her commitment to psychiatric–mental health care deepened through her bedside nursing experience, where she witnessed firsthand the strong connection between physical and emotional well-being.

Briana completed a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in psychiatric–mental health from Western University of Health Sciences. During this time, she broadened her clinical experience through nursing roles in community-based and youth-focused programs. As both a clinician and a parent navigating specialty services in a rural area, she has developed a focused interest in supporting families of children with behavioral and mental health challenges. Her goal is to help expand access to high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare within our community.

Briana is interested in positive psychiatry, neurodevelopmental and behavioral science. In her free time, she likes traveling with her family, gardening, and spending time with her two bunnies and seven chickens.
