Antonio Mazzaferro, MD

Biography

Dr. Mazzaferro is an OB/GYN at Sky Lakes Women’s Clinic, dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care in women’s health. Originally from California, he has lived in Alaska, Idaho, Missouri, and Texas — experiences that have deepened his appreciation for building meaningful connections with patients. He earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University and completed his OB/GYN residency in Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as chief resident.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys life with his wife, their energetic 4-year-old son and two beloved dogs — a pug and a toy poodle. Their family is also excited to welcome another baby boy in November 2025!

Tony’s special interest is minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
