Sky Lakes Medical Center Volunteers were awarded United Way’s 2021 Volunteer of the year for Public Safety!
Volunteers like Skip (pictured), play an integral role at Sky Lakes Medical Center. Our wonderful volunteers staff our information desks; sponsor and host Red Cross events; deliver books, magazines, mail and flowers to patients; help visitors and patients find their way around the medical center; operate the Link and Oasis gift shops; create sock puppets for young patients and visitors; and help deliver care in many departments like the Emergency Department, the Family Birth Center, and the Cancer Treatment Center.
Our volunteers are committed to our community, and we are incredibly proud of them. Congratulations Sky Lakes Volunteers!
