Due to the decreased need for COVID 19 testing Sky Lakes has closed its testing site at 2200 N. Eldorado Blvd as of April 14th. While Sky Lakes encourages the use of home COVID testing, if you need additional COVID testing, please reach out to your primary care provider or walk-in clinic.

At Your Primary Care Clinic
Vaccinations to protect you from COVID-19 may be available for existing patients at Sky Lakes Primary Care Clinic and Cascades East Family Medicine Clinic. Ask your care team about COVID-19 vaccine availability.
A parent or guardian must be present to sign vaccination consents for persons between 5 and 14 years old.
