Pineapple Mango Salsa
Makes 8 servings.
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup chopped frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup diced orange bell pepper
- 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapeño
- Juice from 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix pineapple, mango, bell pepper, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño and lime juice in medium bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in sealed container until ready to serve.
Serving size: 1/2 cup.
