Grant Cycle Awardees

Community Grants

Sky Lakes Medical Center is proud to be a community hospital that gives back. We are very supportive of collaborative approaches to addressing community health issues and we welcome proposals developed by partnerships and coalitions with clearly articulated strategies. Applications are collected quarterly and reviewed by the Sky Lakes Charitable Giving Committee. Applications are awarded based on how well they target and have meaningful impact on at least one of Sky Lakes Medical Center's priority areas.

Thank you to all the talented organizations that apply each grant cycle. We value the impact you are making on the health and wellness of our community.
