Join the Wellness Center for a free informational session to learn more about our classes and programs. If you're interested in signing up for our yearlong Lifestyle Change Program, you will receive a pre-appointment questionnaire, patient pledge, and lab draw sheet after the session. (We'll guide you through this when you're here in person.)
