Mindful eating can renew and transform your relationship with food! In this introduction, you will learn and practice ways to tune in to your body's wisdom about what, when, and how much to eat. Mindful eating is an approach that helps you bring your full attention to the process of eating and, as a result, reduce your struggles with food.
The class content is inspired by the book "Mindful Eating" by Jan Chozen Bays, MD, as well as the work of Michelle Mays, MD, of the "Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat" series.
