Sky Lakes Medical Center

Otolaryngologist

Seeking BC/BE Otolaryngologist to assume practice for one of two Otolaryngologists providing services in our 100,000+ service population.

The philosophy of Sky Lakes Medical Center focuses on health, quality, leadership, and a desire to make things better. Sky Lakes Medical Center is a partner with the communities we serve in health as well as in social and economic matters, and we want to build a health center for excellence.  We have just opened a new $50,000,000 patient service area to provide this excellence.

We also strive to be modern in every way we can. Our Diagnostic Imaging Department provides 24 hour service for all modalities including Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine and Cardiac Cath. We currently have three radiologist providing 24 hours service for the hospital. The Diagnostic Imaging Department converted to a full PAC's environment two years ago. Our state of the art equipment includes the purchase of a Phillips Intera 1.5 MRI scanner, Phillips MX8000 16 slice CT Scanner and our GE Voluson 730 Expert 3D Ultrasound system.  We currently have PET scanning available one day per week.

Our combined medical and radiation oncology Cancer Treatment Center has a linear accelerator with IMRT capability, multi-leaf collimators and portal imaging, a ADAC Pinnacle treatment planning system, a IMPACT record and verifying system, and a large bore CT Simulator.

Sky Lakes Medical Center was the first medical center on the West Coast to enable physicians using commonly available digital devices to get up-to-date patient information.

But tools are just so much hardware without qualified physicians and trained specialists. That's why Sky Lakes Medical Center works hard to recruit and retain the best and brightest. Sky Lakes Medical Center has several employment / agreement options to make this position financially prosperous.  We have a Physician Practice Management division in our corporation to provide the needed assistance in practice management and staffing.
