In order to maintain our high standards of excellence, we regularly ask our patients and their families to share information about their experiences while here. We do this by mailing surveys as well as by asking questions in person or by telephone.
You may receive a survey from NRC+Picker, of Lincoln, Neb., an industry leader in measuring healthcare patient experiences. That independent company mails questionnaires to a randomly selected sample of patients following their discharge seeking feedback. We use your evaluation the care you received and about other aspects of your stay in our ongoing improvement projects.
