Vascular Laboratory

Sky Lakes Medical Center’s Vascular Laboratory uses advanced ultrasound techniques to perform a full range of specialized examinations free from the risks and discomforts of injections.

Our Vascular Laboratory opened in 1990 to serve health care providers and their patients with the highest quality results utilizing advanced, noninvasive diagnostic ultrasound technology. Clinically skilled registered vascular technologists are specially trained to perform all examinations in the Sky Lakes Medical Center Vascular Lab.

Noninvasive testing allows patients to be examined using Doppler ultrasound techniques free from the risks and discomforts of injections and other invasive maneuvers. These tests can help physicians diagnose and determine the degree of severity of known or suspected vascular disorders.

What we offer
The Sky Lakes Medical Center Vascular Laboratory offers a wide range of examinations including abdominal, arterial, carotid and venous duplex imaging. Non-imaging examinations include those of the upper and lower extremity arterial and specific responses.
