At Sky Lakes Medical Center, we've established our Anticoagulation Clinic to serve the specialized testing, monitoring and prescription needs of patients undergoing blood treatment. Our clinic is designed to provide patients a place where they can have their blood tested, refill prescriptions, and receive lifestyle coaching during the anticoagulation process.

Our caring, knowledgeable staff work closely with you to be sure that your body is maintaining safe and effective levels of anticoagulation. We work with your personal physician and family to help guide you through your special dietary needs and any other lifestyle adjustments unique to you during anticoagulation treatment.
