CT Virtual Colonoscopy

CT Virtual Colonoscopy is an imaging technique that allows a radiologist to look at the large bowel to detect polyps and cancers without the use of sedation, and without inserting a long tube into the colon as in a conventional colonoscopy. Its ease of use allows eligible patients to be screened for early detection, as well as providing a diagnostic alternative for those who are unable to have a conventional colonoscopy.
