Join us on selected Saturdays and "Walk with a Doc." In addition to managing your weight, improving your mood, lowering your blood pressure, and improving your cholesterol levels, you have the unique opportunity to get medical advice for free. Each walk features a Doctor who leads a discussion on a health topic. View the list below to find the next walk or to find a walk that has a topic you would enjoy.
Get Fit at Lunch
If you feel like you want to be active and exercise, but you just need group support, here's your chance. The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department and Sky Lakes Wellness Center have teamed up and invited others to form a group to walk during the lunch hour. No matter what speed you walk at, there is a group for you.
