Walking is an easy, cost-free way to lose weight and improve your overall health. You don’t need a treadmill or a trainer — just a little commitment, some creativity and the world around you. Sky Lakes Medical Center is challenging every Southern Oregon resident to get into better shape by trying to walk 10,000 steps per day.
